I have to say Jun. His acting range is what attracted me in the first place. To go from Domyouji (who is cruel and arrogant but also a bit of a goof when he's doing stupid things after falling for Tsukushi) to Momo/Goda Takeshi (energetic and saccharin as Momo, somewhat sly as Takeshi) to the point that neither feels unnatural or forced I think is amazing. I totally forget about his cool image in real life when watching Kimi wa Petto because he is just so convincing.
Although I haven't gotten round to watching Letters from Iwo Jima yet, I tend to find that Nino is very typecast. That's not to say he isn't a good actor; he plays those parts very well, but he always seems to be playing extremely good guys, like the selfless characters that overcome adversity with dignity, or the innocent purehearted ones. I'd really like to see more examples of him playing different roles (like his cameo in Maou)

I voted on pure emotion here. Like whose performance moves me the most? And my conclusion was Nino. He really gets tot the emotional level of the characters he plays. It was toss up between him and Jun. Jun is also quite good at getting into his character roles but when I think of great acting, I think of Nino.
Sho and Ohno do really well also. Maou is my favorite to watch atm and I love Ohno's acting. I've only seen Sho in the Pikanchi movies, YTM, and Yoiko no Mikata, but I liked him in all of those too. Poor Aiba...I've only seen him in the Pikanchi movies, whihc I felt he was excellent in, and this stage/tv thing, which I didn't like at all.
i voted for Nino! His acting is natural and believable, not at all over-the-top or exaggerated. And his facial expressions... splendid! Can't wait to watch him in his new drama this October

I have to say Jun, hands down! He really gets into character and he's a few different ones. You know there are actors where they somehow bring a bit of who they are into the character? I think Jun transforms into the character. Like Momo is not Shin is not Doumyoji and so on and so forth. And his recent role in Myuu no Anyo Papa ni Ageru was really good.
i voted for nino b/c his acting is just excellent...
but im absolutely stunned by ohno. he seems so vacant all the time on the tv shows and its creepy to see how good he is at being naruse...the whole time ive been watching maou, i keep yelling out "oh, no!! ohno's evil!!"

Lol! it was the other way around for me. I didn't know Ohno when i 1st started watching Maou (i was a Toma fan before i became an Arashi fan). I was expecting him to be like Naruse but his real personality is so different! Forever spacing out, and really quite a big (adorable) dork.
And so now knowing how Riida really is makes me think his acting is super! But Nino still is #1 for me
lol~ eversince, when it comes to Nino's acting.. im really hands-down! consistently amazed! XDD
hahaha!! i voted for Ohno~ because i was really really moved by his acting in Maou ^^ hahaha! i know its weird, but i was seriously teary-eyed during the last episode... and take note, wyl watching pipi's CB.. i was not teary-eyed throughout the drama XDD
