I'm glad to see I'm of normal height, i.e. I'm just around 5 feet (about 153 cm). But that's really short~! ~sigh~

I want to be just a little bit taller for shopping~! Since I'm in a country where everyone is just tall, all the clothes here are meant to fit them. Hence, jeans and skirts are too long, even long sleeve shirts are too long~! (the sleeves i mean).

and indeed it's cool Aiba is tall ^^ the first thing I think abt if it's abt heights in Japan; Aiba and Shun Oguri ;d

that makes me kinda more happy. Becuz I have plans to go to Japan later in my future.. and then just keep knowing that there also there are some long people ^^

I'm a pretty average height for a girl [err...well, at least here in the Western world] -- I'm 5'6" ~ 168cm.

XDDD I can understand this feeling too!! I'm 1m73 as you, and all my friends are very short è_é (compared to me)!!! The tallest is about 1m62. Sometimes it makes me feel uncomfortable lol ^^. One day, I was with a friend in a shop, and a person believed I was the MOTHER of my friend, that was a shock é_è!! Because I'm tall and seems older than I am ^^".

Plus, it seems like I'm quite manly (because I've got short hair, no make up and often dressing with jogging lol), so if people don't think I'm my friends' mother, they think I'm a boy XD!!! Sometimes that's funny smile

However, I think short people are really kawaii Wohoo!

it sucks.. but we just have to keep hoping, maybe even if you fall in love and he's shorter it doesn't matter anymore? ^^ Do you also live in Europe? becuz Tintagel you live in France and I in the Netherlands.. close to eachother.. and well in these country's most people are taller than Asian ofcourse. I'm as long as you ne? becuz I'm also 1,73 and well my friends to, are shorter.. one friend is 1,70 and someone is I think 1,68 but the rest is shorter.. it's not really cool >_<'' but I can live with it. But I don't know how that will go in Japan. xD

I'm the shortest in my group of friends. I'm roughly 5'1", give or take half an in. (~155 cm). confused

My friends always make fun of me about it, too, cause I'm one of the oldest in my group but I'm the only one who gets carded when we go to the movies. Eh?

I'm 1,66m tall. That's really average. But I was really confused all the time, because in my family everybody is really tiny and at school, my two best girlfriends were extremely tall (some 1,77m WTH

). But now, I'm pretty happy with my height. big grin
