How many languages can you speak?

i could speak 4 languages ( unless you count the small japanese words that i learned from various doramas and from this fandom ;)):
Cebuano-my native language
Filipino-our national language
English-universal language
Chinese-i go to a chinese school (though im not chinese at all) smile

ahhhh i wish i knew more languages! everyone has such diverse backgrounds big grin

i speak english and spanish fluently..and i learned a bit of french here and there from friends clapping

ofcorz I can speak my native language which is Tagalog, also I can speak Englsih which to be our second language.. And lastly I can speak too little Japanese..

I can speak Catalan and Spanish very well because they're my mother lenguages. English well enough, I can understand a little from Italian and Portuguese, and I'm studying Japanese (first year).

I'm fluent in Indonesian (mothertongue) and english. I started to learn germany about 2 yrs before, but stopped cause i'm busy with my college work. would really like to continue after i graduate. I can read some arabics (but not fluent), and now I'm teaching myself some japanese by watching subbed videos and such. but i still can't read kanjis. cry

I'm also interested in learning french, russian and swedish.

Why do you want to learn Swedish?? ^^

I'm so amazed, you guys can speak many languages!
I can only speak Tagalog & English, learned French in high school but haven't practiced in so long so I am way out of touch. I would like to keep learning though and practice speaking it. I want to learn Japanese and be able to read kanji. I was trying to learn Icelandic for a while and German too but I lost patience. Maybe I'll pick it up again sometime.

i'm fluent in english, danish, cantonese.. and i can speak basic and understand mandarin:D
I can also understand and speak 2 or 3 of the chinese dialects that exists (haha my parents)
i know some german and spanish because i used to study it, but then i stopped because i had too much to do..

As of now, when i have time i try to teach myself more spanish and german and i try to self-teach myself japanese as well big grin

My mother language is Thai. so it's only one which i'm fluent
and i can speak English and Japanese but they're not so good...
i wish i could be fluent in this 2 languages soon...

and i used to learn Chinese and French when i was in highschool
...so i can understand them a bit ^^

I thnk knowng many languages is really an advntge..
I can anly speak my natv language- bahasa n english...
I'd love 2 learn jap. for now... wink

I can speak both English and French fluently, I can get about in Spanish, German and Japanese and I've just started teaching myself Russian and Czech (I'm always prone to learning new things while I should be studying for my exams whistle
