Golden Rush Arashi (GRA)

GRA is a pretty good show...u can learn a lot bout the food in japan =P
but i was hoping aiba-kun wud do sumthing as well for a change
like be part of the guest group nd participate in the activities
it wud be soo funny if we get to watch him guess the answers to those questions that they ask wif rewarding of food =P

I agree... They shouldn't have made Aiba a co-emcee. The show will have more funny moments if he was participating the same way as the other members - not to mention that I really hate seeing that green suit. The show is very informative though and I like that aspect of it.

true...taht green suit didnt appeal to me since itz first appearance in mago mago arashi 101th special episode =/

The rumours are getting stronger but nothing is sure. All we know is what Sho and Jun have said in their radio shows that in April 12th (a Saturday) a new show called VS Arashi will start on Fuji TV.

Since GRA is also on Saturdays on Fuji TV, you do the math...

As I just posted at the News thread, GRA is to be replaced by VS嵐 starting April 12th. Not only but it seems as though as this Saturday will be the LAST episode of GRA ever since it isn't listed for Sat. April 5th...

What do you guys think? I'm excited about the new show but sad that GRA only lasted for 23 episodes...

Yea, I'm surprised that it only lasted for 23 episodes, it was a very interesting and entertaining show but maybe the budget just didn't allow to keep calling in all these "experts" hahah or they just ran out of topics? I'm very interested in this new show though "VS Arashi" sounds pretty fun ^_^ Although, anything with Arashi is fun.

i feel like you need to really understand japanese in order to watch this show (unlike AnS where you can just watch and still laugh without understanding a thing they are saying)

but i must admit, they look very nice in this show XD

just finish watch GRA epsd 7..honestly..i prefer mma and ans than gra..gra is quite boring n all the members didn't talk too much..there are many guests and extremely boring.. sleeping

^ i prefer mma also, gra is kind of boring, i think there are too many people there at one time. I miss the silliness of mma.

I personally like GRA. I learned a lot of things about the Japanese culture without going to my Japanese class!! The plus side is that I can see my boys at the same time while learning about the different parts of tuna or how to eat Japanese sweets =)

At first, I didn't like GRA at all. I thought it was pretty boring and the guests were kinda annoying. However, it is very informative. I learnt a lot from that programme ie. how to eat soba and japanese sweets, how to differentiate buddhist icons and calligraphy and so on.

I guess it ended because of poor ratings? And poor Riida seldom gets to eat... cry

I love GRA, from the show I can learn more about Japanese Cultures (even tough I prefer MMA) my favorites episode are the calligrhaphy and the buddhist icons, too bad teh show doesn't have good ratings
