I'm guessing that everybody has heard of Yukan Club, the new dorama with Akanishi Jin (my personal hate-victim wink

).

I just saw the first episode and I must say that I was suprised. It was better than I would have imagined. Although the part with that Bido guy being a swede cracked me up. Could it be more stereotypical? (And what kind of name is Bido btw? Trying to sound european?)

Has anyone seen it yet? Would be fun to discuss it as it goes on.. smart2

Edit: Just saw ep 2, and I take back what I said before. Could it be more of a clichée? Saying "Making the impossible possible is Yukan Club" numerous time with that "heroic" camera shot... Yeez.
No, I'm not going to continue watch this. Even though I'm desperate for a new dorama. A good one.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm waiting for my download from D-Addicts to finish. Nya seems to be the one subbing it. big grin

I've also noticed that most of the doramas this year are coming from mangas. So, I am expecting Yukan Club to be a good dorama.

I've seen some clips of Yukan Club but i'm currently downloading the whole episode. ^^ I understand most of it but i'm just waiting for the subs right now.

It's the same for me.
I don't like Jin's acting at all, but Junno is really cute and Yokoyama is WONDERFUL (really so different from his real baka self, his line about boobs is gorgeous because in real life, Yokocho is a boobs-lover... if you follow Kanjani 8 you can watch him doing baka things all the time... he is a close Aiba-chan's friend, after all XDDD)

Bido's surname is French.

^^ I kind of liked Jin's acting...yet I didn't. He kinded of reminded me of Yamashita Tomohisa in Kurosagi...so nonchalant and laid-back...

Anyways, it's funny when I first saw JunnoTagu with his new hair I was like WTH

but now, its kind of growing on me... whistle

But I think the next episodes will be much better...

Yeah, now that you mention it, he does. Not really hard to play that kind of character though. I imagine it's harder for a girl in the japanese industry to "make it", cause you'd always get the same roles (Sweet and cries alot, or a psycho backstabbing girl).
But Jin also has alot of weird facial expressions that he does for no reason at all. A question, does Jin have eyeticks, or is it just something he brought out to personalize his character? Cause I remember that someone in JE has got eyeticks..don't remember if it's him though.

I really wanna watch it.........There's chinese subs for 1st episode now but I won't DL it. Maybe next month I'll DL it coz my net is limited cry

I don't want to see it because of Jin, but YUU! =D I love this little baka, and so I really want to see how he acts and everything. Oh, and I cant resist Junnos blonde hair. xD clapping

I've seen it and I'm not really impressed.
I personally am not a fan of Jin's acting, so I sorta cringed a lot coz as the main character, he's on screen a lot ^^;
But the others were good. I haven't seen Yokoyama Yuu in anything other then Haikei Chichiuesama so his character in this was a nice surprise for me. I loved the girl that eats everything, she's funny.

I'm hoping next week's episode is more interesting than the first ^^;

I saw the first episode, but I wasn't paying full attention to it... well I did for about the first half, but it wasn't very interesting :x hence not really caring about the rest of the ep...

I find Bido really annoying. Oh, the girl that was his dancing partner reminds me of Hibari from HanaKimi. I'm not a fan of that other girl who hates guys? (the actress who also played in Kiiroi Namida and My Boss My Hero) ...I don't know, she just annoys me ^^;; (I didn't watch it for the member(s) of K-T or K8 either... so WHY did I watch this?? XDD) but yeah, the only character I possibly like is Yu's. Really different from his real character (not that I know XDD, I've only seen him a couple times, and they seem like two totally different person)

So to answer the question, most likely I won't watch the next ep. Maybe way later when the series is complete and if I ever feel like it.

I was finally able to watch this dorama & my hubby & I were really dissapointed. Unbelievable

The whole beginning didn't catch our interest the way YTM & HanaKimi did, but we thought that it might get interesting as we watch. We were wrong & we didn't finish watching the first episode of Yukan Club at all. This dorama was just so Tired

. The only thing that got me WTH

was Taguchi's blonde hair & blue eyes. Other than that, this dorama was a total let down. glare

Honestly why I watch this drama coz of Kimi chan (Kimitaka is Yokoyama You real name)

U re Kanjani8 fan too??? hahaha......yes Yoko loves big boops....that's why K8 members gave him boops pillow for his last year birthday....He is very close with Aiba chan.....He even want Aiba & Nino to join his Yokoyama kai.....(if u watch HEY3 Arashi version & K8 version)
ohh........don't tell me he will ask Jin & Junno to join his Yokoyama Kai (Yokoyama Club). He made itcoz of NO BORDER

At first, I wanted to watch it because Akanishi Jin was in it and he is hot but then Junnosuke Taguchi with his blond blond hair caught my eye. He looks good with the blond hair. Very cute!

^ Tegoshi isn't in this drama... The one with the blonde hair is Junno of KAT-TUN I'm pretty sure :)
