Today I tried to get tickets for this (as soon as the lines opened) - it was engaged for a solid 45 minutes and the website jammed!! I eventually got a recorded message saying all tickets had sold out!!! I can't believe it!

There must be somewhere that is selling the tickets!? cry

Did you try to buy tickets from Johnny's fanclub, the Aoyama Theatre box office, or the Lawson ticketing machines? Since I'm not a member of the fanclub, I was told to try buying them at Lawson. I don't speak Japanese, and I won't physically be in Tokyo until late March, so I guess I have no hope of seeing Ohno's butai.

Any idea how much the tickets cost?

Well I tried from Lawson (which just has Pia ticket machines and I tried direct from Pia - and within an hour or so of the lines and machines opening - they were gone!

Tickets have surfaced on Yahoo auctions - but they are priced at 25-30,000 yen now!! The tickets value is 8,500 - 9,500 yen!! I wish people would just let the people who do wanna see the play just get tickets fairly instead of buying them so they can rip people off!! I might do a couple of trips to the theatre on performance days to see if any cancellations come up. Fingers crossed!!

As for the fan club - I'm not a member.

Thanks for the info...can't believe tickets for all shows are sold out already and it's only February! Part of me wants to bid for the tickets at Yahoo auctions, but 25-30,000 yen is too much money. I've officially given up on seeing Amatsukaze, but I might go to Aoyama Theatre on performace days to see if they have extra tickets if I have time while staying in Tokyo.

I think I will go into tokyo next week and see if any tickets are for sale outside the theatre or in Harajuku Johnny's shops... been so hard to get hold of a ticket!!! ~sigh~

he looks so great. i wish i could go see him live. oh well i'll just wait for the release of his other butai on dvd. oh and was it just me or did his eyebrows looked reshaped in that clip?

His hair color is a little lighter now...I kinda like the way they styled it too. I hope this butai goes on DVD too and lets hope for its success ^^ knowing Ohno fans in Japan...I'm sure it'll be a hit too heheh
