Aiba Speaking English

Out of all the members of Arashi, I trust Aiba the most when it comes to interacting with foreigners. Not because he's good at English, but because his personality is so friendly and he's very open about meeting people that are different from him. I was very relieved when they sent him on the Mago Mago episode with the foreign grandparents. I knew Aiba would be able to have a good time and make them happy. big grin

I kinda admire him, actually. He's not afraid of messing up, he just goes for it and tries to speak English. And that's probably one of the best ways to learn a language. I mean, a person can study a language all they want, but if they aren't willing to take a risk and speak it in public, what good does it do?

That being said, his engrish is sooooooooo hilarious and cut(icl)e! "very very danger!" is a common phrase amongst me and my friends now.

out of all of them, i love it when aiba speaks english.
its so funny, especially when he kept saying "danger! danger!"
and "very big danger!!" when he was visting all those zoos.

haha.. yea i agree... he's not afraid to interact with foreigners and it's true that in order to learn a language you need to give it a go even if you mess it up.. but you'll improve eventually... haha!

What they've said up there is totally true. If you dont take ur chance, if you dont practice the language, then how will you improve it... ne?
He is the cuttest thing ever speaking english and mixing japanese with it!

I saw Nino speakin english as well.. he is kinda good at it, for someone who claims never to have studied it!!

yeah aiba has that personality where he kinda makes a fool of himself and he doesn't care. I love that about him.

I saw that vid with nino speaking english to and it was good. People kept asking him questions and he wanted to stop.

Till I heard Aiba's english I thought that Rafa Nadal(tennisplayer, but I think you know him) has the cutest and hilarious way of speking english..but now I think that Aiba is more funny!

Well but they are really good...I mean my english isn't so good either, specially when I speak LOL!

Since it has been a while I went on the forum, I don't know if you already talk about it but have you seen the Arashi no Shukudai-kun when Aiba ask some Australians to draw poops??

Totally funny, he was very confident with his english skill! big grin

When the members asked him "Can you ask them with English?" [They asked something like that] Aiba-chan would say "Yes, yes, I can" In the end all he could say was just words like that.. XD

Btw, If I may add, it is not from Arashi no Shukudai-kun, it was from A no Arashi in D no Arashi #88 ^^

I think the TV program that shows Aiba's English the most is Tensai Shimura Doubutsuen [TSD] I always get nice Aiba's English moments at TSD ^^ After that maybe Shukudai..
