lotz my friends noe who arashi is... i just never noticed nything b4 =.="
im not a pure canadian tho...im taiwanese nd i moved to vancouver bout 10yrs ago...so i practically grew up here

I'm from Hong Kong, I've lived in Richmond for 15 years XD I go to school in Vancouver though (UBC) :P

sum of my friends do...but they onli noe WHO they are and not realli their songs and variety shows
*sigh* we shud introduce Arashi to ppl here so more ppl will noe them...nd hope enough to invite Arashi over here for a concert!! Wohoo!

With the huge Asian population here, you would think Arashi would be more well known. But they're not D: Which is sad, so I don't think a concert would ever happen. My Chinese reading is terrible, but once I saw an article about Tamaki Hiroshi and Ueno Juri from Nodame, and once a very short blurb about Kame's 1 pound gospel in the Chinese newspapers here. But I've never once saw Arashi mentioned ;_; When clearly Arashi is so much better when it comes to Japanese celebrities~ (LOL I do love them too, especially Tamaki Hiroshi but Arashi is Heart

) Forget Japanese, Arashi is just the best in general XDDD

The only person I managed to hook onto Arashi is my little sister. XD I don't know if she reads this forum; if she does she better not get mad about me talking about her BLAH Wohoo!

she did a music project on Arashi, and I helped her make a clip show of random Arashi videos and she showed it to her class! including things like the Aiba's 3600 balloons A no Arashi experiment, catching flying toast on AnS etc XD

the newspaper doesnt report much bout arashi...itz mostly kat-tun that getz reported
not that i dun like them...but arashi will alwayz be my ichiban~

Oooh oooh oooh! I'm from Canada! My parents are from the Philippines, but I was born here. I live in Toronto. There are a few Arashi fans in my Japanese class...and a few more at my Japanese club (of course, those fans are actually from Japan hehe).

Ya Canadian Arashians!!!!! I am so surprised (and depressed) by how few of us there are! If only there were some way to get Arashi to come to Canada (Alberta would be even better)...hm.. we must all think on that...

Oi and does anyone know where to buy Arashi stuff in Edmonton (not online cuz that makes me angry)?

I've never been to Toronto and I've only been to Edmonton once ever! The mall's amazing...I had fun at the water park (I think that was in the mall?) So obviously I don't know where you can get Arashi stuff there. Maybe search around the Asian CD stores? I've seen other JE boybands CDs, Utada Hikaru, Orange Range and other jmusic however it's mostly Chinese music. but I've never seen Arashi yet here in BC. I'm still searching... I dislike buying stuff online as well ^^;

I've been to West Edmonton Mall once. It was pretty wicked!

I've seen an Arashi DVD in Toronto once at Pacific Mall. Funny story though...I wasn't planning on buying it because I had already spent a lot of money, right? I saw it and said out loud, "Oh hey, an Arashi DVD!" Some girl pretty much jumped, pushed me aside and grabbed it. I almost fell over. I guess she REAAAAAALLLLLY wanted it lol.

Hello fellow Torontonian!

I'm full-on Canadian.. like.. 5th generation I think, and have absolutely no asian-ness in me, so how did I get into Arashi? Hmm, I blame j-dramas, but not Jun dramas, though I liked them, it was NINO who pulled me in!

Have any of you ever sent Arashi fanmail? Do you speak any Japanese? I see you take Japanese, paperdoll, where? I took it at UofT a few years ago, but only for one year.

I met a few other Toronto Arashi fans on livejournal not too long ago, but it does seem like theyre obscure over here (of course they are, right?) Oh well, I'm moving to Japan in September to teach english and i'm sure I'll experience he crazy masses of fans when I get there *scared*
