[DVD] Time: Final Concert - Discussion

Got up super early this morning so I could go to Tower Records before work to get my Time DVD... and also have a bit of time to watch it!

SUGOI!! I love, love, love Nino's solo! He looks cho kakkoii! Very sweaty, but sexy non the less! Also, MatsuJun's Yabai airwalking is very very cool. I only had an hour or so to flick through it (didn't make it to the 2nd disc), but what I watched... I loved. Fave so far has to be, Cry for You or Love Situation!

And still I have the album to look forward to next week! Yatta! Wohoo!

The only part I've seen so far is by some gracious soul who ripped Nino's solo and OMG, I looove that song but man is he sweaty!!! I love the end though when he sang a capella, it was pretty and totally Nino ^_^ Can't wait to see the rest! clapping

)).. I ordered the dvd.. so now I can't wait!! I hope it will come within a week or so!!

I loved their AAA tour.. so i bet this one will be great..
I'm most looking forward to their performance of "Yes No" Wohoo!

Nino's solo was so awesome. I swear, the sweating made it look like he was crying or something. As for Ohno's solo, I was a bit annoyed with it because they kept changing camera angles so it was hard to see the full dance. >.< But OMG, Jun!!!! XDDD His solo is the most hilarious thing ever and I grinned like an idiot through the entire thing. The upside-down walk was interesting but the best part was HYPER!Jun throughout the entire song. It's rare to see him so happy like this.

There were also a lot of other moments in the DVD but I think I liked the encores the best, just because Arashi tends to fool around more during the encores. FIGHT SONG was awesome. Jun lost and got flung into the air. Also, Sho and Nino and Ohno kept fooling around during Love so sweet.

They also had the longest and most touching ending speeches this time around. Poor Aiba didn't say much since he was crying so much.

Did anyone else start crying when Aiba broke down, or was it just me? That boy always seems to make me cry, like when he read his letter on 24Hr TV.

I haven't watched the full dvd but what part was that aww I'll probably cry too!

One thing I noticed though was Jun's solo was different from the fan cams we saw right? In the fan cams he was wearing like a yellow and purple outfit and was being all like "sexy" but this one was like cute and silly after the cool walk thing hmmmm.

After I'm done with work today I'm going to watch the whole thing, can't wait!

I've totally finished watching both discs & I Heart

it. Everytime the audience screamed I screamed. Wohoo!

LOL! My neighbors must've thought I was crazy. gheh

Aiba's solo was just so adorable. It's very fitting for his high tension personality.

Sho's solo was sexy.

Nino's solo just makes you melt. I Heart

it whenever he plays the piano or guitar. It was such a beautiful song. I liked how he smiled when the fans sang the La la la la la la la la part for him.

Jun's solo was nice. I really liked the "MJ Walk.'

Ohno's solo was kakoii as always, but the camera angles changed too much. glare

As for the group performances I like Love Situation, Cry For You, & Be With You the most. I also like the first Fight Song & the second Fight Song. They were both so funny to watch. clapping

But those feathers during Everybody Zenshin was just too much, & their very frilly green outfit thingy was WTH

.

All in all, I Heart

the DVDs. I would've loved it even more if there were extras included (i.e. backstage baka-ness, the other members losing jyan ken & having to go on the bungee, Nino pulling Aiba's pants down during Fight Song, etc.).

Agreed. They totally should've had 5 FIGHT SONGs, one with each of the boys losing and having to go on. Aside from the one where Nino pulled Aiba's pants down, there was also the one where Ohno was on the bungee cord and they all pulled his pants down so he was suspended in air in his underwear. XD And of course, I read about one where Sho lost and he kept screaming, "TAKAI! TAKAI!" I wanna see that. I haven't heard about Nino losing though. I wonder if he ever lost? XD

Backstage stuff would've been awesome too. I love watching the boys fool around in the dressing room.

Is it just me or did Ohno seem sorta out of it during the concert? hmmmm I love how many encores they do, it's so cute, I would never want them to stop if I was there!! Ahhh such an awesome concert! I would love to see those other fight songs too, I hadn't heard about all that stuff ahah

a few things:

1) <3 <3 <3

2) I keep hoping that as time goes on they might get to graduate from the really frightening costumes into something more... understated. It was pretty funny, though, when Sho was talking about the shoulder-feather-monstrosity during the MC XD

3) holy shit Nino was sweaty! It's like they poured a bucket of water on him before he did his solo.

4) and Ohno.. someone already said it, but yeah, the camera-angle-switching detracted from the dance. You could barely see the slow-motion part :( But it was still awesome. More than awesome. I love it!

5) Fighting song rocks my socks clean off. Sho's crybaby face was hilarious, and they really looked like they were having fun. Really made me want to do that.

Hmm.. I think that's all I've got to say for now smile

Except that I can't wait to actually GO to a concert in person!

My thoughts exactly. XD I mean, the in Dome costumes kinda gave me hope when I first saw the DVD because the costumes in that one weren't so bad but then they brought this out. I mean, I don't mind the overly sparkly costumes but the feathers... and then the one with the ruffles that looked like someone threw up a mess of pastel colours on them.

Yeah, the feathers themselves were bad enough... and then they did that weird head/shoulder twitch dance move in the instrumental break in "Everybody Zenshin" to emphasize those things.

"Love Situation" was the most memorable group performance to me after i finished the dvd... I sort of liked how the performance consisted of only moving platforms, tshirts, tank tops, baggy pants, some fun lighting, and really awesome dance moves.

I also love how Aiba does not stop smiling throughout the entire concert..

All in all, I thought the DVD was fantastic, and I hope can go to a real concert someday. Until then, I'll be anticipating the Dream A live DVD...
