i started to watch him because of his comments about Ohno, but i got hooked on hime too.

exaaaaaaaaactly how I feel about it. Everything they do has to be approved by certain managers and agents and stuff... at this point the fact that he's being allowed to do it so much is largely publicity.
And hey, it works! x3 I honestly didn't give a d*mn about HSJ before finding out what an ADORKABLE LITTLE FANBOY CHINEN is. And admittedly he's really quite a talented little singer for his age, even if his voice does have yet to break, and quite the dancer/acrobat too.

Plus his little act gets Arashi a bit more attention too, right? The OhmiyaChinen triangle is beyond adorable, ahahahah. x3 and one of my crazy friends who for some reason does not fangirl Arashi but likes Yamada from HSJ thinks the OhmiyaChinen thing is cute enough to actually pay attention... between that and Ohchan's new drama this summer (which she will watch because she's a Toma fan!) I'm hoping to suck her further into the Arash fandom. >:3

Chinen = fanboy of Ohno --> this actually never entered my mind. Though now that I've read about it, he actually is a fanboy. lol.

I dunno the kid. All I know is that he's Chinen and he had an interview with Ohno and that he's a part of HSJ (right?! hmmm).. Maybe the future generation Arashi or Kat-tun? While Arashi elevates to V6 and SMAP's level? Then Utuban will hire Ohno as host and he'll constantly pick fights with Chinen?!- just a product of my imagination

That's all I know about him. I though Nino was Ohno's only fanboy. haha

He's a cute kid to me, but would never have paid him any attention if he wasn't that much of an Ohno fanboy.

He sounds too much like a girl. I guess I always preferred deeper voices.

The Ohmiya Chinen triangle has been mentioned quite a few times, could someone throw a few links my way? I haven't seen/heard anything about it ...

Since Chinen likes Ohno, I could like him too... He is cute like Ohno so it's not hard to like him. His fondness of Ohno is so kawaii. It is so sweet of him to always mention how he looks up and admire Ohno. I'd ddefinitely get jealous if he's a girl -good thing he's a boy. He's such a fangirl at heart -good for him.

i watched the video haha thanks! i actually grimace when chinen starts singing ohno's part.. only ohno can sing it well i guess...

About chinen, he was the one that brought attention to HSJ coz i heard he idolise ohno a lot. but sometimes i felt that he is 'using' ohno to gain publicity for himself??? maybe coz its entertainment.. everyone does that? but i admire he is cute haha. but think of it dis way, maybe dis is publicity for ohno too?

can't wait to watch his new drama!!!

in my case though even before i knew about the fanboy thing

i think chinen have a really well cute voice lol it was freakin high and can't believe he was singing in this and that haha the ohno fanboying is +factor though^^

I knew him before I knew his love for Ohno. & I liked Chinen before that. SO it was fine with me. But sometimes, I think Chinen is just as obsessed with Ohno as I am that it is a little annoying. Like an overkill. -_- Hahaha. He's cute. Real cute. I love his voice too.
