Nino looks like he really does not want to cross-dress. Thus making him look like a sad/lonely girl.

arashi members so totally do something like that for their next tv show. or go on gakkou e ikou. i think that's the name of it. where the v6 members host and one of them actually went behind the curtains and came out as a female. ninomiya was a guest for it and kissed some dude. lol, arashi as females would be fun.

Yeah, I have to say they make pretty girls.
Aiba is the 'girliest' I find, and I agree that Nino looks a bit awkward as a girl. But saying that, I have seen girls around that kinda look like what Nino looks like in his Josou pic!
