Woohoo! I'm back. I've missed you all. Two weeks is a LONG time. Anyway, I had this ready and waiting, so I hope you all enjoy, and I hope it brings some life back into this story.

On your way home your phone rings. You see it is Sumi and groan to yourself. You take a deep breath then answer the phone.

"Hey boss, what's up?"

"I'm glad I caught you. One of our biggest clients just called and they want a meeting tomorrow. I need you to come in and help get the presentation together."

"Now?" you ask. "Can I come in early tomorrow instead? I sort of had plans."

"It needs to be done tonight. I'll pay you for the overtime. I really need you to do this. Nobody else knows the material."

You agree to go in, though you are not happy. I really need to have a talk with her. She can not keep doing this to me. I hope Nino will not be too upset.

You call Nino and explain what is going on. After screaming and calling Sumi every name in the book he calms down. You tell him you will call later, and head straight to work.

*A few hours later*

"Working hard or hardly working?" you hear Nino say.

You look up from your work and can't help but smile at seeing him. "What are you doing here?" you ask.

"I need your keys," he states.

"My keys? For what?"

"You'll see when you get home," he says with a sneaky smile. "I just need you to call me about a half hour before you leave so I can have everything ready."

He comes over and you hand him your keys. He leans down and gives you a kiss.

"Don't work to hard...and by the way, you stink like the zoo," he says laughing.

"Shut up," you say pushing him away. "I didn't have time to go home and shower."

"I know. I'm just messing with you. Alright, I'll see you when you get home," he says and heads out the door.

*A few more hours later*

You sigh and push your chair back from your desk. Finally, almost done. I better call Nino and let him know.

After calling him you finish up. You leave everything on Sumi's desk, not wanting to call her in case she has more work for you to do. You grab your stuff and head home, your whole body sore from sitting at the desk for so long.

You get to your door and see a note taped to it.

'Follow the trail' it says. What on earth is he talking about?

You open the door and immediately smell roses. You look down and see there is a trail of rose petals on the floor.

You smile to yourself and follow the trail. You start to get confused when you realize it is leading into the bathroom. You walk in and see Nino standing next to your bathtub, which is filled with steaming water and rose petals.

"What is all this?" you ask.

"Well, you didn't get to shower, and I figured you would be exhausted, so I thought you might like a nice warm bath and a glass of wine," he says, handing you some wine.

You are moved almost to tears. Nobody has ever taken care of you like this...like he always does.

You put down the wine glass and kiss him.

"Thank you," you say.

You look in his eyes and ask, "Would you like to join me?"

"Really?" he asks.

You nod you head.

"Ok," he says.

You walk closer to him and take his shirt off. He reaches out to you and unbuttons your blouse. The whole time your eyes are locked on each other's. You finish undressing eachother and get into the bathtub. You lay your back against his chest, and he wraps his arms around you. You lay in his arms talking with him until the water starts to get cool.

"I guess we should get out," you say with a sigh.

"Probably," he says.

He gets out first and starts to dry off.



You sit there watching him for a minute. Finally you get out and dry off also.

"I have some food we can heat up," he says. "I stopped on the way here at your favorite Chinese restaurant."

At that moment you realize you are falling in love with him. You are shocked at first, but once the shock subsides you realize you are happy for the first time in a long time.

"I'm not really hungry," you say.

You then take him by the hand and lead him into the bedroom.

*NOSEBLEED* I don't think my brain can function after reading this since we all know where this is leading.

HAHAHA- I'm not trying to think dirty thoughts ...but is this even allowed!?!?... . This story is starting to turn 'R rated'..... .

Question...did people stop writing because nobody wants to be the one to write a "sex scene"? If so, first, I didn't say that is what they are going to do, so if you don't want them too, they don't have too. They could just hold eachother all night. If you do want that to happen, but aren't sure how to go about it, this is what I just wrote in Sho's thread. Hopefully it will clear up some confusion...

I do want to discuss my thoughts on the "sex scenes" since it has come up. One thing that can be done is have the story lead up to it, like they walk into the bedroom, then cut-scene to the next morning (or a few hours later, whatever). That way it is implied, but the story stays "clean" for our younger readers.

If you really want to write out the scene...first, not to detailed. Second, I would suggest you write it up, then send it to a mod, or probably even an admin, and ask them if it is ok, before you post it. They would know best if it is "too much" for their forum.

But in my opinion, it is best to imply it happens, but not actually write about it. As hoshinomi said she might do, you can always write your own fanfic if you want to go there. And then you would be able to put a warning and a rating (R, or X though I don't think X is allowed in this forum).

In the big picture, just use your best judgment. If you think it is something a parent would not want their young teen reading, you probably should not write it.


If you guys still don't want to write it, and would like me to do the next part I can since it has been so long. I just need you guys to let me know if you want me to go on, or if we should wait for someone else to write. This story is all of ours, so I'd like everyone's input so we can get the story moving again. Thanks guys.
