i would recommend pride for those who haven't watched it yet... aside from the eye candy that is kimutaku, it has a great plot and has a good sprinkle of comedy and romance. i also enjoyed hana kimi, kimi wa petto, hyd (of course!), gokusen 1 and stand up. actually i think this list is not complete but these are the only ones on top of my head.

i am currently watching 1 pound gospel and it's so funny! kame is a great actor, i've seen him already in--
gokusen 2,
tatta hitotsu no koi and
nobuta wo produce
... every series, he has a different character and he portrays it really well clapping

i heard nodame, proposal daisakusen and kurusagi are also good... my current to-watch line-up also includes tiger and dragon, absolute boyfriend, sapuri, yamada taro and maou... too many good dramas out there!

I love that one! I'm a huge hockey fan, so I get into the games even though it's a drama. I also love the interaction between the two of them.

yup, the hockey game scenes are enjoyable. pride will appeal to those who love romance and comedy as well as to those people who are into stories dealing with achievements and that go-get attitude. really learned a lot from that drama actually big grin

hmm, for me watashitachi no kyoukasho was the last drama that i actually marathon-watched. i thought it was pretty good, and it's actually a lot more realistic than most dramas out there, which is refreshing. the plot was interesting enough to make me want to keep watching it until the end, and the actors are pretty good.

although... no JE boys here, sorry!! but if anyone's looking for a good solid drama, i'd recommend this.

Lately, I'm just watching dramas where Arashi's member are in. But before that, I tried to watch every Oguri Shun's drama like and, thanks to him, I got to know about Arashi!!! (HYD --> Jun --> Arashi)

Zettai Kareshi is a must.
At the end of the series I was crying even though the drama is supposed to be fun and really refreshing. I really liked it. big grin

Starring: Aibu Saki, Hayami Mokomichi/Mocomichi and Mizushima Hiro.
