I ended the other story since no one had added to it for just over 3 weeks
so i thought i would follow jeffer's Idea
(Hope Jeffer dont mind) I am Starting another story.

EDIT: (Thanks DaisyX!) So things don't get confusing or out of hand, there are some rules. I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to keep things running smoothly.

Rules

1. Please post only one picture per post

2. If it is a large image please use thumbnails

3. This is supposed to be a few lines per post. It is not restricted to a certain amount of lines, but it should not be multiple long paragraphs, spanning multiple periods of time and events. The whole point is to have all of us writing a short story. So please watch how much you are writing.

4. Please read all parts of the current story before adding your part. The story should flow and make some sort of sense. We want this to be a cohesive story we are making together, not a bunch of individual little stories we are trying to stick together. So make sure you check where they characters have been, how well they know each other, who they have already met, etc.

5. Remember this is an Aiba thread, in the Aiba section. I know Arashi is part of who he is, and his life. But I worry if the stories start centering around doing things with the band all the time, it will cause problems. Just keep in mind it is an Aiba thread, not an arashi one. The other boys can be part of the story, but try not to center it on them, or make them the focus. Aiba is the main focus.

6. Finish the story. Ok, this came about when the first story has not yet ended and came a new thread for a second story. We do not want to overcrowd the whole section with unfinished stories so please try to end up the unfinished one first.

7. The main girl character's name will just be ______, not a specific name. This way everyone can read it with whatever name they choose. A lot of people like to read the thread using their own name so they can pretend it is about them. For the others that want to pick some random name, they can read the story with whatever name they choose to use. This way everyone gets to use they name they want. *In the beginning this was agreed upon by everybody so we expect you guys to follow.

Ok I will start this new story


It was a beautiful spring morning as you headed to the pet store where
you work it has always been your childhood dream and want to open your own pet store in the future The day started great till your friend
Misty rang an asked if you were free tonight, you said you were "that's
great" said Misty "umm.....why?" you asked "we have been invited to
a goukon" said Misty "hold on, you didnt say that i would go did you?" as
you started to panic "yes! come on, dont be such a stick in the mud ____,
it will be fun, and i heard that they are not that bad looking" you could
hear the excitement in Misty's voice "but you know i dont go well with
those sort of things" but Misty didnt listen " i will pick you up at 6.30 ok, well gotta go see you tonight bye bye" "Misty mushi mushi" you were saying into the phone and you think to yourself Why is she so stubborn You were still in your thoughts when you heard the bell on the door.
The customer was looking at the pure bred kittens, you walked over and asked if he needed any help, when he looked up you were dumbstrucked
and just staring "can i please have a look at that kitten?" he said pointing
to the grey and white kitten,...... he said with such a sweet voice......."ah sure" you stuttered as you handed him the kitten. When you saw him playing with the kitten you think......what a big kid......... then he handed the kiten back to you, and he thanked you with a cute smile and left, you were still holding the kitten after he had left, you put the kitten back in the cage.You couldnt stop thinking of the guy all day that you forgot about the goukon.
You were ready before 6.30 and you were dreading it, Misty knocked on the door "are you ready" 'Yeah i guess" you say.
You and Misty were the first to arrive and you started to figit, when 3 more of Mistys friends arrived. "The guys are late" said Misty, but then they arrive you were too busy looking down to notice that they had sat down you sighed thinking to yourself Please let it end soon You heard the guys introducing themselves and the girls doing the same when Misty nudged you, and you look up and you saw who was sitting opposite you

You were surprised to see the same customer who left you dumbstrucked, then he introduced himself as Masaki, you were too gobsmacked at the moment to say anything

hope this can be continued and sorry if it is a bit long but i tried to lay the foundations.

I agree with Dyani. And I don't think we need to start a new thread either. When the one story ends and a second begins I can edit the original post in the story thread to link to the page where the next story starts (have actually been meaning to do this in Nino's thread). We don't want to crowd the forum with multiple threads every time there is a new story.

Masaki stared at you for a moment before his face broke out into a smile recognizing you from this morning.
"Ah the girl from the pet store" he said.
"h-hai" you nodded your mouth slightly open
Why does he have such an effect on me?
You stared down at your plate of food, as if it were the most interesting thing you had ever seen. Well it was karage, your favorite. Just then Misty elbowed you in the side.
"what?" you whispered
"Ne I think that masaki guy likes you"
"w-what WHY?" you hissed in what you hoped was a whisper. You prayed the snickers coming from the other side of the table were from a joke one of the guys told.
"Because he has been looking at you the entire time" Misty said with a smirk.
You slowly looked up and at the person across the table.

For the second time that night you were stunned.Thats really not fair looking at me with those eyes, and that hair and those...

"So he said"gaze now less piercing than before "how's link?"
"Link?" you asked a little bewildered
"you know the little guy from the pet store"
I can't believe he named the kitten already

"oh...actually" you said, poking at one of you pieces of karage with your chopstick, "link is a girl"

You have been chating with Masaki for about 2 hours, though you didn't notice. time passes so fast with him.
"I'll be right back" he says while standing up
"Don't make me wait" you answer jokingly
"I never make a lady wait" he says
"Hehe.. take your time" you say and look away, trying to stop blushing
"Hey"
"Hm?"
"Don't go anywhere" he says with a big smile.

So.. let's summarize.. his name's Aiba Masaki. 3 years older than me. Capricorn. Lives in Tokyo. His family owns a Chinese Restaurant, so he might be a good cook. Plus he's good looking.. sounds too perfect, I must be dreaming..

Your phone stops you from thinking. You answer without looking who it might be.
"SIS!! WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU HURT? KIDNAPPED? KILLED?"
"O-onii-chan?"
"THANK GOD YOUR SAFE! Where are you??? I'm waiting for you since 8"
Aaaahh! you slap your head I forgot i had dinner with Onii-chan! you stand up, and rush out without thinking. It hits you only when you arrive at the restaurant where your brother is.
"Don't go anywhere" he said with a big smile

You where spacing out and you think to yourself i wonder if the the daydream i had about knowing all his stats is actually true! but i dont want to ask him as it is too embarrasing and i am no good at that sort of stuff when you heard Aiba say "Oh! and a pretty one at that" as he was staring intently at you. You felt yourself blush and started to feel hot all over, when you gabbed your drink hoping it would cool you down and you ask yourself why does he effect me so? then you make an excuse that you have to use the ladies, when you get there you splash cold water on your face.

Meanwhile Misty said to Aiba "dont mind _____, she is always like this at these sort of gatherings, but i can see that you kind of like her?" 'is it that obvious?" replied Aiba. Misty just laughed and said "yes, but not ____"

Back in the ladies you were thinking what did he mean by saying a pretty one at that you heard the door open and Misty came in "hey ______, that Aiba guy likes you" Misty said with a smile "see i told you it would be fun" "you call this fun" you reply "but when did you meet him, I know you met him at the shop but when?" Misty was asking you with a curious look in her eyes "oh alright just dont look at me with those eyes.....he came into the pet shop this morning" you tell Misty "well i think you should give it a try with Aiba!?. You just look at Misty stunned "huh?" you said then continued to say "but I keep telling you I am not good with that stuff" Misty told you not to be such a scaredy cat and this is a good opportunity " just talk to him and ask him things like what he does for a living ect ect and get to know him, you just never know but you could be each others soul partners!" Misty said then you remember your daydream earlier in the day it sent shivers down your spine spooky you say to your self the you answer Misty with " what nonsense are you spouting" as Misty pushes you through the door and head back to the others. When you get to the table you see Aiba was smiling

The rest of the night went along considerably smoother. In fact nearly all the details from your daydream were true. Talking with Masaki was a lot eaisier now, as long as you didn't stare into his eyes too much. Those almond brown eyes with specks of honey color and "hey are you listening to me?"
"sorry misty" you apologized
"It's ok" misty smiled "you were just daydreaming about your boyfrieend" she stretched that last word to your dismay.
"it's not like that at all" you tried to protest, but the triumphant look on Misty's face told you she wasn't buying it

The next day at the pet store you fed all the animals and finished up early so you had time to play with link. "I will be very sad when you get sold" you said while petting link. Link responded by putting a paw on you nose.
Then you turned,kitten paw still on nose, to see

he really shouldn't be allowed to lean against things "what's with the sad look?" you ask him.
"I really like link, but I'm just not home enough to take care of a kitten" he said with sad eyes. Frowning does not suit him you realized, it almost hurts. Then you had an idea
"hey" you asked, "where do you live?"
His face immediately changed into a smile, but a mishcievious one. "We just met and you already want to come over to my house?" he winks.

"EHHH??" you splutter while blushing furiously "No! No! It's not like that! It's different!" you say or rather screamed, then you realized that you were acting silly, so you immediately turned your back to hide your embarassment.

"Hmmm? Different? How?" You heard Aiba ask

'calm down _____, collect your thoughts, tell him your idea' So you gathered your thoughts and proceeded to tell your great idea

"You said that you really wanted to keep link but couldn't take care of her 'cause you're not home enough right?" you ask

"Yeah, too bad for me" replied Aiba with a frown, though you can't see it because your back still facing the other way

"Well you see, the truth is that I didn't want Link to be sold because I won't get to see her again. But then you came and I had this great idea." you said

"So What's your idea?" Aiba ask, frown disappearing and is replaced by curiousity

"Why don't I take care of link while you're gone? I could drop by at your house, feed Link, and be off again. In that way, you get to keep Link and I get to see her." You said nervousness still etched in your voice "That is if you want to." then you turned to see his reaction and saw this:

Aiba with big happy eyes and a smile as radiant as the sun

"You'd do that for me? Yay! You're the best!!" he says happily then proceeded to give you the most bone-crushing hug known to man.

"Umm...anou...Aiba-san?"

"Yes? What is it _____-chan?" he asked still not releasing the hug

"I...can't...breathe"
