i don't remember which episode it was of Arashi Shukudai-kun when Nino talked about it...but i mainly think that it is because Sho has really stiff muscles therefore he isn't good at stretching and he also isn't the best in yoga either (another Arashi Shukudai-kun ep.) that is why he lost to Nino in arm wrestling...his muscle ripped i think, that is what he said. not sure is it a 100% true.

i think sho has the hotest body among the arashi.
i mean he is pretty big and tough.
maybe he trains a lot.
the other members are small and cute. except for aiba who is tall.
