For me the best in acting would be in this rank: Nino, Jun, Ohno, Sho, Aiba.

1. Nino because he really acts with his eyes. And he's so good when he does crying scenes. He did an excellent job in Letters from Iwo Jima! And he was hilarious in Stand Up and Yamada Taro Monogatari. He played a melodramatic roles in Haikei Chichiue sama and Yasashii Jikan!

2. Jun ranks second because of his roles in jdoramas like HYD, Kimi wa petto, Gokusen, movies like My Sister my Love.

3. Oh-chan gets third because of MAOU! Love that show! And because of his guest apperance in YTM which was funny as hell!

4. Sho-kun because of YTM and Kisarazu Cat's eye. Which was fairly ok.

5. Aiba-chan gets last because other than his Johnny's Jr. tv show PPOI, I havn't seen him act yet.

Jun. Coz I never could reconcile his looks with Shin but man he OWNED that character in Gokusen. He really does get into the skin of the character and have them come to life.

I've only seen Nino in Stand Up, so I really can't say. And Stand Up was funny - hilarious in fact - but I'm not too sure about Nino.

Ohno's doing pretty well now, but again his dorama's just started. As for Aiba, I think he'd have been good if he'd acted in more doramas - though I've never seen him act.

Sho was good in Kisarazu Cat's Eye but again that was just a really funny series - the acting by itself didn't stand out.

i love ohno .. but i have to say nino is the best at acting..

nino is a chameleon.. he can act almost any type of role.. more importantly any role he acts is convincing to the point you forget the actor and you embrace the character....so every character he plays is entirely different.. hmm i think nino is a character actor. i guess what i really respect him is that he takes on roles in drama that may not be popular but he excels in them... hahah he went to hollywood ne.. obviously he beat out TONs of actors who auditioned for the role.

jun is very good too but hmm i would like to see some more variation in the characters he played instead of being angsty and cool all the time.. but i think his acting has matured alot.. i am really happy an respect that he took on the challenge of bambino..where the character is not his usual choice.

ohno hahah i love him in maou .. so sad ne.. his first drama at like 28 ? well i hope he does more so we can see more of what he can do.
aiba... hmm i think he can act haha i wish he was given more roles too but i think he and sho are the best "host" in the group.
hmm sho is interesting.. i loved him in honey to clover.. haha i watched that movie without even realizing he was acting until i liked arashi ... haah and without knowing who he was.. i loved it .. haha he played the character very well.. but hmm i did not really like his acting in yamataro..found it a bit.. a tiny bit stiff.. but i guess that is the way the character is supposed to be.

i'll vote for nino smile

reason: after watching his dramas (well not all), i noticed his good acting skills because of his roles in dramas/movies... everytime he has a new drama/movie and new role, he can do or show the character in the story. very versatile smile

actually, at first, i was thinking between nino and ohno.... then nino and jun... nino and sho.... but i still go for nino blush

for me, i think jun is the best... not because i adore him, but i really think he's good... like what the others said, he play his character well... we never think him as him, instead we think him as the character itself... thats what i like about him... but yeah, nino is good as well...

I voted for Nino. I mean.. Sukoshi Wa, Ongaeshi Ga Dekitakana and Marathon. And as soon I get money, I'm going to buy Letters from Iwo Jima. (My oldest brother have seen it, and he liked it. But, the only thing that exist for him is war..)

it's a toss up between MatsuJun & Nino. but they are definitely the best actors of the group. i tried not gaining a bias between the two while watching their respective dramas & movies, but MAN, they can really act! different characters, a huge array of emotions... *giddy* they're amazing. my favorite "versus" characters they've depicted...

Nino:
Yamada Taro Monogatari (as Taro) vs. Ao no Honoo (as Shuuichi)

MatsuJun:
PIKA☆NCHI (as Bon) vs. Tokyo Tower (as Koji)

after knowing jun more from shukudai kun and other tv shows of arashi

it's hard to imagine that he acted that geeky guy in pikanchi as bon really well. lol i really thought back then that he was that weird despite seeing him before in gokusen whistle

oohh riida is already in my third for maou though i might be bias
(what sho and aiba drama or movie showed any remarkable acting skills? wanna try watching the other members)

As much as Jun's my ultimate ichiban, I prefer Nino's acting. He's really gooood even though I love watching Jun [especially in Gokusen and HYD].

I like how Nino can take on serious roles with a seemingly effortless air around him. SAIKO!
