Random about username/e-mail/password

hi ya'll

hmm.. my first post and its a complain ^^;;;
(don't blacklist me please...)
First I want to say I'm sorry for creating a number of usernames that I've never used (although I wanted to.. reeeeaaly badly). I've forgotten the password each and everytime I created it (yeah.. i fail). I even created multiple accounts of emails that I never use just to register again (yes I know.. fail smart

)

The problem lies in having to have BOTH user name & email add to match. My brain can't figure out which one is for which (**FAILURE**)
However I fail though, I still blame half of it to the password retrival system for having to have two compulsory questions that MUST SYNC for preventing a tard noobie like me accesss to this awesome forum with our preferred usernames/email add.

Thus, I'm suggesting that aibakaland should use only email address for the password retrieval thingy thing.

I don't quite get your point, especially that "having to have BOTH user name & email add to match" part Eh?

But let me explain few things about this forum. Some parts apply other forums as well.
1. We have disallowed some usernames, and even greater number of e-mail addresses. Why? 'Cause of spammers.
2. Spammers are pain. Before, when members activated their accounts themselves, we had a huge problem 'cause of spammers thus these days accounts are activated by admins.
3. It usually takes around one day to get the account activated. If multiple accounts are created - and especially using same e-mail addresses, not only is it more work for us but it also makes me to be suspicious of the IP/e-mail. And sooner or later I may even ban the IP address. So please do not do that anymore.
4. If a member forgets password, (s)he can always e-mail staff at aibakaland @ gmail.com and we will change the password. But of course the e-mail needs to be sent from the address that is used for the account.
5. All our settings when registering are very typical for forums these days. They aren't created by me, and I won't change them since I don't have permission to edit the php. All these things we have are for security reason. Spammers these days are way too clever.

Thanks for the explaination i<3aiba. Its probably just a problem for me with my less than able brain to remember things ^^;;;;. Its ok if you don't change the password retrieval method since its more secure that way. (btw its just a hassle to explain my actual problem since i have a poblem explaining myself clearly anyway. yeah. i fail at everything EXCEPT for Arashiology)

since it says random about usernames, etc., i think this is the right place for this question (just correct me if i'm wrong..) if possible, i would like to change my username to something else that i am using in other forums so that i will get things more organized. what should i do? thanks!

Just note that no unicode characters.

Reasons I think it's better gone:

#1 - i myself can't reupload those vids anymore; couldn't relocate where the files were kept after i 'withdrew' them all from my hardisk Unbelievable

#2 - they were very, very LQ vids - works of a beginner Wink

#3 - STORMY team sub have been offering so many amazing work these days, just don't want to be an insult to all those great contribution, really Cheer

#4 - she's turning herself as one of those leechers instead XDD

I have a question connecting with e-mail adress. I have a new e-mail right now and I would like to change the previous one which I gave you when I was registering a couple month ago. I was trying to change it 3 times but it's shows " this e-mail has been banned" or something like that.

Should I create another e-mail adress and then try again??? I hope not... I will be really glad if that one will be accepted. whistle

Please PM the e-mail address you want to use so I can check whether it is the domain that is banned or the actual e-mail. We don't unban banned e-mails - 'cause of spammers.
