FAQs


1. After clicking the download, a windows pops up. I put my id and password, but click '닫기' but the window just closes and nothing happens..

### Instead of clicking '닫기' which just closes the window, click '해당박스 바로가기' and you will become a member of the CB.



2. Can you tell me what is point and coupon? I really don't understand the system of point and coupon.

### When you are logged in and your CB is open (the program), you can get 12 points per hour. When you have 1000 points you can get a quick download coupon of 2GB. Of course you can just continue collecting more points. I don't remember the details at the mo, but it was something that with 2000 points you can get a coupon of 5GB etc.

When you have a coupon, you can download with quick download. It simply means the download speed is faster.



3. I can't download anything without points?

### No, you get points as long as you have Clubbox open, and when you get enough points you can use Quick Download. Clubbox has a maximum dl speed of 52 kb/s, but when you use Quick Download it uncaps the download speed and your dls go as fast as your connection will allow. For normal downloading you don't need any points.



4. What is that?? I've seen that a couple of times and when i try to download it, the window closed..

### It means that the file is not available yet. But it is shown there already as someone has started to upload it.



5. Whenever I click the link in the thread I get the following message:


### It says that you can't download the file yet (the one you're trying to download) because it's being uploaded or updated. So you have to wait until it's finished.



6. When I press the start button it changes into *pause*. After about 10 minutes... it stops by itself and turns back into *start* button.. Which means it stops downloading.

### In Clubbox, click "Config.", un-check "Skip current file download...", and click "Save".
