*Note: I don't know if they will dub the film in English or not (ie. if we'll hear Nino's voice or not). I personally hate dubs and prefer subs, but it's all right. I'm curious about this film as I've been hearing good things about it.

I hope they sub it instead, because I wanna hear Nino's voice. Besides, there are just some things that should be left w/ it's original dubbing. I've watched some animes that's been dubbed in English, but the voices didn't match the characters, & it's worse when Filipinos dub (although I'm Filipino myself). So, I hope they leave Tekkon Kinkreet w/ it's original Japanese dubbing, but w/ English subs.
i prefer subs as well... having it dubbed is not the same and this goes for all the other dramas and movies... u just don't feel the dubbers' emotions...

Hey liu_xing_girl, hey Sunako ka-bayan! ^^
Definitely, definitely subs for me. Although I actually prefer Filipino dubs to English dubs, mainly because the former could capture the humor displayed from the original Japanese form. Not all the time, but much more than in American versions.

My sister and I went last Wednesday! Good movie and yes, it was subbed! You could hear Nino ^^.
And Michael Arias was there. My sister got to talk to him. I think she's going to update her

later about their brief conversation. But she did mention to him that she's a Nino fan and Mr. Arias went, "Oh! Ninomiya-kun!" He also said that Nino was very easy to work with, especially since Nino's familiar with the manga.
But back to the movie...very good! If you guys have time and are around the area, this screening is highly recommended. It's not too expensive. $10 is the regular price and if you're a student, you'll only pay $6.
I dunno. I guess it's because being here in the U.S. I am excruciatingly deprived of luxuries of being able to see Arashi live...so I'm happy being able to go to premieres with at least one of them involved. That way, I can lend my support to them even in my own little way. ^^;;
I went to see the movie today. It was vey good and yes, you could hear Nino^^
While walking around the museum my friend and I saw Matthew Perry!! o.o
Ooh double whammy! Haha. Did you ask for an autograph? ><
The museum itself is very interesting to explore, ne?
Shameless promotion: I know I've mentioned this before, but if you guys are interested, my sister updated her blog already with a detailed report from last Wednesday and her meeting with Michael Arias. See it

Wait is the movie just in select theaters in the states?
Yes, in the places I've mentioned above. And an update I just received: It's showing in L.A. on May 6th (although I also heard that screening's sold out? ).
Michael Arias mentioned to my sister that there might be a wide release in the coming months, so let's keep our eyes peeled for that. Let's support Nino! ^^

Nope. I didn't want to bother him. I actually saw him twice in two different sections on different floors in the museum. It was my first time visiting there^^
I read your sisters blog. It was really interesting. Such a great experience!
