the real problem is the finding (maybe) your name to be written in japanese katakana and hiragana. Plus making up some address (but granted that the site did not check the validity of the address, maybe i can post some address. whistle

I will post step by step how to vote.

1) first thing is to fill your favorite celebs.
1-a) click on the filling box.

1-b) fill your celebs name in hiragana (male and female). most of the time it is enough to fill th surname only。for AIBA, just copy and paste this to available box あいば like the following picture.

1-c) If you done correctly you will see your celebs name in a list. If there are multiple celebs with same name then click your beloved arashi (嵐) one. Btw, only one Aiba available in the list, and that's our beloved AIBAKA, here is the screen shot:

1-d) click the name on the list and you will see the celebs name will be filled up in the main page.
