[DRAMA] Minami-kun no Koibito ~ Minami's Girlfriend

this was Nino's 2004 drama with fukada kyoko

Story
Everything started when a high school couple, Chiyomi(Kyoko Fukada)and Minami(Kazanari Ninomiya) had a mysterious and ominous fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant… “If you stay close to him, he will become great and the two of you will be together for a long time. However, when the two of you drift apart, horrible thing will happen”. Just as the prophesy, on the very day when Minami decided to leave Chiyomi, a magical curse struck Chiyomi. Believe it or not, it shrunk her into a size of merely 16 cm tall! What would happen when a tender boyfriend and a miniaturized girlfriend secretly starts living together?

i though this drama was reallllly cute =D altho i kinda hated the ending =_= sigh*

this was the first Nino drama i've seen and made me really like Nino.. and then went on watching Stand Up! Now that really got me.. and then Yasashii Jikan.. now this drama made me fall in love w/ Nino.. w/ all the crying??? OMG!!!! nobody can do better!

i wanna Minami kun no Koibito w/ Eng sub!!!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

you should watch it =) you wont regret! it's really cute. but the only part i didnt really like was nino crying so much >_< i duno haha oh well just watch and you'll love it =)

yes. you wont regret watchinng this dorama. It's just too bad for me 'coz Kioku Fansubs is the only one doing the Eng Sub and they're not done yet.. so i'm patiently waiting for it. I would really love watching it again w/ subs.

The main idea is quite similar to the anime titled "Midori no Hibi". About a girl who become very small and then get close to the boy ^^

The storyline is interesting and of course me as an Arashi fan wouldn't regret watching it, although in my opinion the ending is a little... strange Eh?

I have to agree, I loved this series so much and i wanted to love the ending just as much...but i can't. it was too depressing for me, but then again, i'm the kind that always wishes for happy endings.

but this is a definite watch for any nino fan! I was lucky because i understood enough japanese to watch most of the eps, but i hope that english subs come out soon for those that can't (and so that i can clear some things up ^^;;) It's really cute! i'm so sad it's over tho...T_T

Minami-kun no Koibito Episode 1-11 are now up in Video Section VIPs (RAW). Unfortunately, the group that is subbing this drama hasn't release anything episodes yet.. so you're gonna have to watch it RAW. But it's still fun.. i've seen it like so many times already and i never get tired of it..

oh sorry.. haru-chan they are also w/ chinese. gomen.. i have raw but i havent ripped them off from the dvds yet. i hope u'll still watch it.. gomen..

Oh, then they are the ones I already have TT___TT Though I only have few since I don't like to see Chinese subs XDD

awww.. and it's in rmvb file.. i really shold ripped my dvd but i'm too lazy right now T_T ahehehehehe.. and im kinda hoping that Kioku would release it soon.. i really wanna see it w/ Eng subs.. although.. i kinda understand most part already from watching it for the Nth time already.. so i know understand what they're saying somehow.. still.. it's different w/ eng subs..

I've watched ep1..so far, I luv it!! [of course, I luv it..cuz Nino was in it! yay!] n can't wait 2 watch ep2..so, Im gonna wait if someone gonna upload it in SS or YSI in 'VIP video section' since I cant use MU..>.< neway, despite from Nino, the story was actually gud..even my dad watch it..I was like..ehh?? cuz I was watching the ep1, n my dad came to me to say something but instead, he just sit behind me n watch with me aswell..haha!!
